Police have set up heavy security in Hyderabad during President Ramnath Kovind’s visit.Also imposed traffic restrictions in the city.Police have appealed to the public not to go towards the Muchhinthal Sri Ramanuja Jiyar Ashram from 1 pm to 5.30 pm on Sunday for security and traffic reasons.It was revealed that for security reasons no one will be allowed on this route.At this point commuters are going to have to take alternative routes.
Another milestone in the Sri Ramanuja millennium celebrations will be unveiled today in Muchhinthal.A 120 kg gold statue of Ramanujacharya will be unveiled on the first floor of Bhadravedi by President Ram Nath Kovind.
This afternoon, President Ram Nath Kovind will arrive in Sri Ramanagara.He will participate in the millennium celebrations and perform special pujas.
The golden statue of Ramanujacharya will be unveiled at the hands of the President at 3:50 pm.Ramnath Kovind will spend about two hours at the Muchhinthal shrine.After the unveiling of the golden idol of Sri Ramanujacharya, he will visit the Samathamurthy idol.The President will then address the audience in the auditorium.
