Los Angeles, Aug 15 : Actress-comedian Tiffany Haddish shared in a new interview that she called Usher.Usher in the past, before she made fun of herpes. In an interview with Cosmopolitan to promote the publication’s Travel Issue, Haddish claimed that she always asks permission to joke on behalf of celebrities.
“I did not think that you could just make up horrible things about someone and believe they’re not going be able to slap the crap out of you I believe that’s because I was raised in foster care,”” the actress/comedian shared.
“I make sure to verify and check with people.If I’m unable to speak it out loud to you I shouldn’t be able speak it out,” she continued.
“Period.This is the way I draw my line.”
The ex-girlfriend of the rapper Common also claimed that the rule was in place in the event that she laughed about the rapper suffering from herpes.
“I am a victim of this joke “I curse you out’ with joy.I wish you could spread it.I would like to see you are spreading it the way Usher is spreading herpes.’ I’ve said that in the presence of Usher,” she said.
“Usher told me that your** ** is insane.’ I said, ‘Yeah there’s a rumour that you’ve got herpes.I don’t know if do or not however, that s**t’s hilarious”,” she recalled her conversation with the musician who was accused of having exposed a number of people to the herpes virus without awareness or permission.
“He’s like”Yeah, it’s.'”
If the “Yeah!’ singer’s response be different, Haddish explained: “If he had said”Tiff, don’t say this anymore.I do not like it.I’m not happy with the way you say this, and I’d not say it anymore.”
In the past in 2017 Usher was the subject of headlines when a number of women have come forward with claims that the singer had allegedly given women the sexually transmitted disease.
They filed a lawsuit against him with one case being resolved outside of the court.The remaining cases however were dismissed.However the news, it generated memes and jokes on Usher and herpes.
