The state of Andhra Pradesh is trembling with fear due to coronavirus and black fungus.There is a slight decline in the number of corona cases in AP for a few days.
On the other hand, the cases of black fungus are increasing day by day.Recently, three people succumbed to death due to the black fungus.While two of the deceased belonged to the Guntur district, one belonged to Kurnool district.It is reported that recently they all recovered from the corona.
The black fungus is spreading rapidly across the country.The Union govt has declared black fungus as a pandemic.As of Sunday, black fungus symptoms were identified in 36 people across the state.Of these, 20 people belong to Ongole and are being treated at a government hospital while four were shifted to Vijayawada and Hyderabad as they needed emergency surgery.
According to Andhra Prabha news, KV Prasad, 68, of Nagulapuram in Kurnool district, succumbed to the black fungus and died on Sunday while undergoing treatment at Nandyal Government Hospital.Chinta Venkateswara Rao (64) from the Krishna district died at a hospital in Tadepalli, Guntur district with black fungus.
Also, Katta Sambayya (55) of Narakoduru from the Guntur district died while undergoing treatment at Guntur GGH for a week.
