All this while YS Jagan has been on the receiving end when it came to taking orders from the High Court.But this time around, he went the other way and took everyone by surprise.
Violating the High Court orders, AP CM YS Jagan took things into his hands.The AP High Court imposed a ban on shifting of capital for the time being, and legal orders for the same have been issued.
But YS Jagan’s decision left everyone in utter shock.
He ordered government officials to shift the buildings of AP Commissionerate of Enquiries and AP Vigilance Commission to Kurnool immediately.
The orders came past the midnight hour and had since become the centre of controversy.In its G.O, the AP Government stated that, in view of better governance, and administrative convenience the move has been undertaken.
While the government defence seemed ‘hollow’, political analysts were quick to expose the motives behind the shifting of government buildings.
‘This is just the beginning of what can be termed as YS Jagan era.Sticking to his notion of 3-capitals, the AP CM is making quick moves.This shifting of these quasi-judicial government departs is a clear sign of what is coming in the future’, political analysts opined.
