Mumbai, December 28, 2008 : .Ritvik Sahore is a well-known child actor who has appeared in movies like “Dangal” and other web series like “Laakhon Mein Ek”, “Flames”, and “Indori Ishq”.
He believes that 14 to 23 years old can be a very transformative age for young actors. Ritvik states that between the ages of 14 and 23 one is not a child actor or an age to play a leading role.
Young and teenage actors have interesting projects because of OTT.
Actor Will Soon Be Featured in ‘Campus Diaries.
Ritvik explained his views to IANS, “Many times actors who began as children actors can change drastically when they become adults.” There are many hormonal changes that occur when we reach the stage of adolescence.This can affect our appearance, voice, and body.
We are the weirdos during this transition from teenager to full-grown adult.
While we don’t fit the criteria for child actors, our roles are not guaranteed to be played in mainstream Bollywood movies.We are still very active, especially male actors such as myself.
This is due to the OTT platform, where many stories from college campuses are created and our main leads are included.
For instance, I’m 22 years old now and my appearance will be different in five years due to hormonal changes.
While I’m still very boyish now, I’ll be more manly in five years.He added that this is an age where casting directors will have a difficult time casting us in mainstream Bollywood films.
“Campus Diaries” is a web series that follows a group of college students.It focuses on their relationships with one another.
This can also include serious problems of drug abuse, ragging and toxic relationships.
Ritvik shared more details about his character.Ritvik stated, “First, I would like to say that I was more excited to be part the show because it told a story.” The story was captivating.Prem, our director sent me the scripts of the first three episodes.I was captivated by the stories.
It was so long that I completed it in one sitting, and I called Prem to ask him for the complete story.I wanted to see the ending.The story was captivating.
My character Abhilash is the one who is the friendliest of all the guys in the group.There is a twist.We cannot reveal more because it is a thriller.”
