The Telangana state government has ordered to conduct online classes for students in Nurseries and Kindergartens.In the last academic year, the government ordered to conduct online classes for students of third standard and above.
This year, the state government ordered the schools to conduct online classes for preschool and high school students as well.Online classes started in Telangana on July 1 and the guidelines for this were recently released by Education Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania.
The guidelines state that online classes for preschool students should be conducted following the guidelines issued by the Union govt.In the wake of online classes, teachers and principals of schools were directed to focus on the backward areas at the village level.
He said online classes should be coordinated by all district education officials.
Online classes for the playschools, preschool students should be conducted only for 45 minutes a day and only three days a week.
Also, he said that the bridge course classes should be conducted till the 31st of this month.
The state government made it clear that only two periods should be conducted per day for students from Class 1 to 5.All in all, the government ordered that teaching should not exceed one and half hours a day.
