The Telangana Cabinet will hold an emergency meeting on Saturday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister KCR.According to the information available from the government sources, the meeting would begin at 2 p.m.
As per the Tweet made by the CMO of Telangana, CM KCR will discuss issues related to lockdown, monsoon cultivation, agriculture, water pumping from the Godavari, hydropower generation and more.Currently, this emergency cabinet meeting has become a hot topic in Telangana.With the announcement of the emergency meeting, ministers from various districts started heading towards Hyderabad yesterday night.
The imposition of a strict lockdown in the state resulted in a decline in the number of corona cases.The lockdown is going to end on June 20.It is learned that the CM might decide on lockdown in the cabinet meeting.Measures related to the Corona Third Wave are also likely to be discussed at the cabinet meeting.
It is heard that CM focus mainly on agriculture and farmers as the Meteorological department forecast moderate rains in Telangana this year.In addition to the cultivation of alternative crops, there is an opportunity to discuss the planting of plants under the greening program for Telangana.
