In the wake of the corona crisis, the AP government on Tuesday issued a GO suspending the payment of electricity charges for the months of April, May, and June last year and giving the theater owners the option of paying the bill for the following months in installments.
Against this backdrop, the President of the Producers’ Council, C.K.Kalyan said, “Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Rajamouli, I, and Damodar Prasad met AP Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy last June seeking permission for shootings in AP.We asked for the cancellation of nine months’ electricity charges.However, the government canceled it for three months and passed the GO.We also want to repeal the bill for the remaining 6 months.Again the corona is booming.
