Young Tollywood actress Dimple Hayati who made her debut into Telugu films with ‘Gulf’ in the year 2017, later featured in Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah starrer ‘Devi 2’.She was last seen dancing for an item number titled “Jaara Jaara” opposite Varun Tej and Atharvaa in the film ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’.
Now the latest update is that this dusky beauty has reportedly bagged a key role in a Bollywood movie, ‘Atrangi Re’ which is being directed by ‘Raanjhanaa’ and ‘Shamitabh’ fame Aanand.L.Rai.The film also features Dhanush, Akshay Kumar, and Sara Ali Khan in lead roles.
It is said that director Aanand.L.Rai was quite impressed with Dimple Hayati’s pictures and called her to Mumbai for a look test.As per reports, soon after the look test, the makers thought she was the right choice and she was immediately cast opposite Dhanush.
Apparently, Dimple will be playing the role of a dusky village belle in the movie.However, an official confirmation of Dimple Hayati joining ‘Atrangi Re’ team is expected to be made soon.
The shooting of the film will be kick-starting in the month of October in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
