In the early hours in the morning earlier in the morning, earlier in the morning, CBI issued a look out circular (LOC) against 13 suspects, including the Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.
Sisodia is one of the 13 persons identified as being accused in an FIR filed by the CBI in connection with allegations of infractions in the execution of the excise law.
The CBI has placed Sisodia as the first accused in its FIR.The CBI’s FIR was filed under Sections 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy) and 477-A (Falsification of accounts) of the IPC.
The allegations against Sisodia are that businessmen who deal in liquor were granted an exemption of 30 crore rupees.
