The monsoon sessions of the Telangana Assembly will be held till October 5.The BAC meeting was chaired by Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy in Telangana Assembly.
The meeting was attended by CM KCR, Ministers Harish Rao, Prashant Reddy, Niranjan Reddy, Koppula Ishwar, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka and Akbaruddin Owaisi.
On this occasion, the BAC has decided to hold meetings till the 5th of next month.
Initially, the monsoon session of the Telangana Assembly was scheduled from September 24.However, the Assembly adjourned.As September 25 and 26 are Saturday and Sunday, the house get holidays.
On the other hand, October 2 and 3 are also holidays on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi, and Sunday, the Telangana Assembly sessions will continue till October 5.Assembly sessions will be held for a total of seven days.
Assembly monsoon meetings began at 11 a.m.The members in the Assembly mourned the death of former MLA of Bhadrachalam Kunja Bojji, former MLA of Mulugu Ajmira Chandulal, former MLA of Huzurabad Kunja Bhiksham, former MLA of Karimnagar M Satyanarayana Rao, former MLA of Vardhanapeta Macharla Jagannath, and Kottagudem Former MLA Chekuri Kashyap.After this, the Assembly session adjourned to Monday.
