The Telangana state government has made arrangements for the state assembly sessions.Initially, the members of the Assembly will pay condolences to the former members who have recently passed away.
Later, Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meetings are chaired by Assembly Speaker and Council Protem Chairman.The Business Advisory Committee decides on the conduct of meetings, meeting dates and agendas.
As per the information from reliable government sources, the Telangana state government intends to announce a break for meetings on the 25th and 26th and it will hold meetings again from the 27th to the 1st of next month.
Speaker Pocharam Srinivasareddy directed that nodal officers should be available in the Assembly during the meetings on behalf of various government departments.
Protem chairman V Bhopal Reddy said members of the ruling party and the opposition would be given adequate time to discuss public issues in the Assembly.
In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Telangana state govt officials made arrangements for these assembly sessions abiding by the Covid protocols.
However, this time they have removed the Covid test report to attend the Assembly meeting hall.
