All the applications for regularisation of Sada bainamas should enlist through only Mee Seva centres along with details in a prescribed format.
Telangana state government has recently issued guidelines for regularisation of Sada bainamas.
The guidelines have come following Government orders issued on October 12 to all the District Collectors for regularising Sada bainamas.According to the officials, October 31 is the last opportunity for enlisting and also getting pattadar passbooks.
The latest guidelines indicate that all the applications should submit their applications only through the Mee Seva centres with details in a prescribed format.Each applicant must scan and upload the copies of Aadhaar card, Sada bainama document, pattadar passbook number and other land-related documentary proofs.
The officials have also reminded to collect the receipt from the Mee Seva centres for future correspondence.
The KCR-led state government had set June 2, 2014, as the cut-off date for Sada bainamas land transactions.
In the case of small and marginal farmers, the stamp duty and registration fee has spared for a maximum extent of five acres.Farmer above the limit should pay both stamp duty and regularisation fee.
