The Telangana High Court has slammed the TRS government’s attitude against former minister Etela Rajender.The High Court directed the government not to consider the hearing held on the 1st and 2nd of this month.
The tribunal expressed dissatisfaction over the Telangana government for not issuing notice to the Jamuna Hatcheries before conducting the survey.
The High court outraged that the authorities had violated the laws.
The court issued interim orders restraining the officials from interfering in Jamuna Hatcheries’ lands and businesses.It also ordered the government not to take coercive action against the company.
The High Court also issued notices to all the respondents in this regard.The High Court also directed the government to file a counterclaim.
The High Court directed the Telangana government and officials that no action be taken on the basis of the preliminary report given by the Medak District Collector.
Telangana High Court Judge Justice Vinod Kumar heard an urgent petition filed by Jamuna Hatcheries.
On this occasion, the court expressed impatience with the government’s attitude towards Jamuna Hatcheries.The High Court directed that notices should be given and time should be given before conducting a survey, as per the rules.
