TDP state president Atchannaidu incensed over the AP police and YCP leaders.Recently, the YCP activists attacked the former TDP ZPTC Sharada’s house and destroyed the furniture.
He said it was deplorable that the police were playing the role of spectators during the attack.TDP leaders have alleged that YCP attacks on TDP activists have increased, and they demanded that anyone who cooperated in the attacks should be punished.
TDP leader Atchannaidu said their party leader Sharada’s house was attacked in Kopparru in the Guntur district, and it was set on fire.He alleged that the house and bikes were set on fire, and police acted like spectators despite stopping the attack.
Currently, a huge police force was deployed in the Kopparu village.
On this occasion, Atchannidu recalled that there were attacks on the homes of TDP activists.
He questioned the stance of AP police despite all these incidents.Atchannaidu demanded that strict action should be taken against the perpetrators of the attacks within 24 hours.
Also, he said that they would stage protests across AP if the police fail to find the people responsible for the attack.
