The head of the AIIMS panel, Dr Sudhir Gupta declares the actor’s death is not a murder.
According to a national channel, Dr Sudhir Gupta, who led the AIIMS for re-evaluating Sushant Singh Rajput’s post-mortem reports, has said the actor’s death was a suicide but not a murder.
Hence the allegations of murder have been ruled out.
On September 29, the AIIMS doctors handed over their findings to the CBI.Reports suggest that the outcomes of the AIIMS panel are identical to the results of Cooper Hospital which carried Sushant Singh Rajput’s autopsy.
However, the Central Bureau of Investigation is likely to continue the investigation from the angle of suicide, and the abetment to suicide that involves Rhea Chakraborty.
Further, if any evidence found in the future related to the murder case, it is added under Section 302 of the IPC.The CBI has been investigating the case for two months, and reportedly no clear evidence has found regarding the murder case.
The impeccable actor was found dead at his Bandra home on June 14.The Mumbai Police declared it as suicide with an Accidental Death Report on the same day of the investigation.
