Supreme court granted conditional bail to MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju

The Supreme court has granted conditional bail to YCP rebel MP Raghuram Krishnama Raju.After hearing the arguments from both sides, the Supreme Court granted him conditional bail.

The Supreme Court ordered him to co-operate in the trial.It also ordered not to post anything regarding the case on social media and not to give any interviews to the media.

Raghurama was ordered not to hold media conferences.The Supreme Court directed the CID officials to give notice to Raghurama 24 hours prior to the trial.

It also ordered that Raghuram be interrogated in the presence of lawyers.

The Supreme Court directed MP Raghuram Krishnama Raju not to say anything about the case to people through social media.

The Supreme court clarified that there was no need to take Raghurama into custody and prosecute him.In addition, the Supreme court ordered him not to show injuries to the media as in the past and made it clear that strict action will be taken if he does so.

The Supreme Court court also directed that a personal surety of Rs 1 lakh be submitted.According to the orders of the Supreme Court, it is clear that Raghurama Krishnamaraju has to cooperate with CID officials during the investigation.
