After enjoying a fruitful stint as a protagonist for close to eight years, popular Telugu actor Sunil made his comeback as a comedian with ‘Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava’ and continued it with films like ‘Padi Padi Leche Manasu‘, ‘Chitralahari‘ and ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo‘.Surprisingly one and all in the 2020 release ‘Disco Raja’, the 46-year-old actor delivered a knock-out performance in the role of Utham Kumar and his villainy act in the climax stole the show.
Again, after a couple of years, this versatile actor is now coming back to the industry with the lead role in the upcoming film ‘Vedantham Raghavaiah‘.The latest news is that the film was launched today and shooting will begin in no time.
The team wrote on their social media saying, “@Mee_Sunil is back to capture your hearts #VedanthamRagavaiah launched today Shooting commences soon”.A pooja ceremony also took place to mark the official launch and the heroine for the film is yet to be decided.
While ‘Gabbar Singh’ director Harish Shankar is penning the script for this project, Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta are bankrolling the film under 14 Reels Plus banner.Chandra Mohan will be directing this film and Sai Kartheek will handle the music.Details regarding cast and other crew will be unveiled shortly by the makers.In the recent release ‘Color Photo’, Sunil aced his role as a menacing cop Ramaraju and proved that he can deliver the best in villain roles too.Let’s see how this film turns out for this comedian turned hero.
