The members of the ‘Kerala Beard Society’ hide the expenses and use the money for social service.Anaj Abdullah from Malappuram started this society in 2017 with his friends.
Now this society has people from different parts of Kerala.Growing a beard like this causes them occasional insults not only from family members but also from outsiders.However .These members say that they will not let go of their desire to grow a beard for social service.“A lot of people try to make jokes about us when they see our grown beard.But, some people who know the reason behind growing beard are encouraging us so much.
We are determined to continue our activities anyway.We will never remove the beards,” said Anaz Abdullah.
