Schools and colleges in many states have been closed as corona cases are on the rise across the country.But even though 4,000 cases are being registered in AP every day, schools and colleges are still working.
However, the central government made a decision on the Tenth and Intermediate examinations in the country as the corona intensity increased further.
The Union government canceled the Tenth class exams and postponed the 12th class exams.
With the Union government canceling the CBSE exams, the debate has started that the AP government will follow the same path or not.
However, clarifying this, Minister Adimulapu Suresh said that the Tenth and Inter examinations will be conducted as per the schedule in the AP.The Minister said that Chief Minister Jagan will review the situation and discuss with the concerned officials regarding the conduct of the examinations in the state.He warned that strict action would be taken against schools and colleges that did not comply with the Covid-19 regulations.
The Intermediate first-year exams will be held from May 5 to May 22 and the second year exams will be held from May 6 to May 23.The Tenth-class examinations will be held from June 7 to June 14.
