Lucknow, November 16 : , Around ten members from the Uttar Pradesh legislature council belonging to the Samajwadi Party or Bahujan Samaj Party will soon join the BJP.
All of them are Vidhan Parishad members, elected through local bodies, and their terms are coming to an end in March next year.They are all Vidhan Parishad members elected by local bodies.Their terms will end next March.

The names of these ten leaders have been cleared by the newly constituted joining committee of the Uttar Pradesh BJP, according to party sources.According to sources, the Uttar Pradesh BJP’s newly formed joining committee has cleared the names of all ten leaders.

All these leaders wield considerable influence in their respective areas and with support from the BJP, they will manage a comfortable reelection next year.These leaders have a lot of influence and will be able to reelect themselves with the support of the BJP.

In the list that has been cleared for induction into the BJP, the most prominent name is that of Ravi Shankar Singh Pappu who is presently in the Samajwadi Party.Ravi Shankar Singh Pappu, who currently is in the Samajwadi Party’s list of people eligible for induction to the BJP is the most notable name on the induction list.

He is the nephew of former Prime Minister late Chandra Shekhar.He is the nephew late Chandra Shekhar, former Prime Minister.

It may be recalled that late Chandra Shekhar’s son Neeraj Shekhar has already joined the BJP.You may recall that Neeraj Shekhar, the son of late Chandra Shekhar, has joined BJP.

Former Minister Markanday Chand’s son, C.P.C.P.Chand, former Minister Markanday Chand.Chand is also joining the BJP.Chand has also joined the BJP.

Akshay Pratap Singh, a cousin of former minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh a.k.a.Akshay Pratap S, the cousin of Raghuraj Pratap Sin a.k.a.Raja Bhaiyya, is also quitting the Samajwadi Party to join the BJP.Raja Bhaiya is leaving the Samajwadi Party in order to join the BJP.

BSP MLC from Jaunpur Brijesh Singh ‘Princu’ is also changing loyalties to join the BJP.Jaunpur Brijesh Sing, BSP MLC, ‘Princu’ has also decided to change his loyalties and join the BJP.He is considered close to former BSP MP Dhananjay Singh.His closeness to Dhananjay, a former MP of the BSP, is evident.

Interestingly, most of the leaders joining the BJP belong to the Thakur community.

Their joining the BJP is expected to give a major boost to the ruling party which had faced reverses in the panchayat elections held earlier this year.
