Megastar Chiranjeevi who is currently working on ‘Acharya’ under the direction of Koratala Siva, also has a couple of remakes under his belt at the moment.After ‘Acharya’, he will do the Tamil hit film ‘Vedhalam’ remake with Meher Ramesh.
After these two films, Chiru will start shooting for the remake of the Malayalam film ‘Lucifer’ with mass director VV.Vinayak.
Vinayak and his team are busy finalizing the script and are making changes to it.Now the latest news is that ‘Baahubali’ star Ramya Krishna has been approached for a crucial role in the movie.It is being said that Ramya will be seen in the role of Chiru’s sister in this movie which was earlier played by Manju Warrier in the original besides Mohanlal
News is that Vinayak already approached Ramya Krishnan to essay the role, and the later is yet to give her nod for the film.Currently, the makers are holding the talks with her and an official confirmation will be out once she signs the dotted lines.Ram Charan and NV.Prasad will be bankrolling the film.
‘Lucifer’ is a Malayalam film in which had Mohanlal, Vivek Oberoi, Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas playing key roles.Popular character actor Rahman will be playing the role of Vivek Oberoi in this remake.
