Earlier, the political leaders from both BJP and Congress alleged that Kalvakuntla Kavitha had cast a fake vote in GHMC elections.
A few BJP leaders even complained with the Election Commission of India regarding this.They have alleged that Kavitha has her vote-right in both Nizamabad and Hyderabad.
TRS MLC Kavitha has shared the pictures through her Twitter handle on the polling day of GHMC elections.Telangana Congress leader Indira Shoban too claimed that her vote is enrolled in Nizamabad district as he even provided document proof.
However, the Telangana State Election Commission reacted on the issue and cleared that Kavitha has cancelled her vote in Nizamabad.She has already applied for a new one in Hyderabad.
Nevertheless, the claims of the opposition have not cleared as the Election Commission’s website still shows her vote at Nizamabad constituency.Neither, T-SEC nor Kavitha have responded on the issue.
Meanwhile, the exit poll results of GHMC polls have banned till December 3 due to re-polling in Old Malakpet division.The turnouts at the polling centres were very short compared to previous elections, and every political party is eagerly waiting to witness the final verdict of the Hyderabadis.
