The South Central Railway has announced good news for passengers in the wake of the upcoming Diwali festival.The South Central Railway is all set to run Special Trains (Diwali Special Trains) due to passenger congestion.
The South Central Railway announced this on its official Twitter platform.The Trains will run between Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad and Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam.
Also, Railways has started the reservation process for this.
The Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad Special train (No.08585) will leave Visakhapatnam at 5.35 pm on November 2 (Tuesday) and reach Secunderabad at 07.10 am on Wednesday.The Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Special train (No.08586) will leave Secunderabad at 09.05 pm on November 3 (Wednesday) and reaches Visakhapatnam at 9.50 am on Thursday.These Special Trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Samarlakota and Duvvada railway stations.
The Visakhapatnam-Tirupati Special train (No.08583) will leave Visakhapatnam at 07.15 pm on November 1 (Monday) and reach Tirupati at 07.30 am on Tuesday.The Tirupati-Visakhapatnam Special train (No.08584) will leave Tirupati at 09.55 pm on November 2 (Tuesday) and reach Visakhapatnam at 10.20 am on Wednesday.
These Special Trains stop at Duvvada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta railway stations.In the wake of the festive season, passengers who wish to travel from Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad or vice versa are advised to reserve their tickets as soon as possible.
