Telangana IT Minister K T Rama Rao on Sunday urged the Telangana congress leaders to stall the Polavaram bill in Rajyasabha as NDA does not have the required numbers to pass the bill.He asked the Congress members to put pressure on AICC President Sonia Gandhi to issue instruction to their Rajyasabha members to defeat the bill on Monday when it is introduced in the upper house.
He also alleged that if Congress leaders don’t act it means they are submissive to Seemandhra leaders pressures.
