Mumbai 7 August : Actress Rasika Dugal discusses hosting the docuseries ‘Postcards From Jharkhand’.Because she was born and raised in Jamshedpur, she connects well with the state , and also introduces viewers to the tribal culture and dance forms as well as the Sohrai painting tradition and the local cuisine and architecture, as well as wildlife.
Rasika shares: “I felt I hadn’t truly explored and experienced the various aspects of the region I was raised in and I wanted to change that.My journeys within Jharkhand were only for business.I’d never been for a trip in the state.I realized on the trip that I had missed out on many things.”

The actress, who has been in the case of several of films, including “No Smoking,” “Aurangzeb Qissa’ Train Station’, and Tu Hai Mera Sunday’ provides more information about the stunning beauty of the state and states: “Jharkhand is a beautiful and culturally rich state .It has national parks waterfalls, dance forms, waterfalls art forms, and the most delicious food.”

“The Jharkhand government is now actively working to promote tourism in the state.And I am delighted that many more can soon be able to experience the splendor of my home state,” concludes the actress who will be seen in “Spike,” “Adhura and the upcoming ‘Lord Curzon Ki Haveli’.
