Star director Puri Jagannadh’s last year released directorial venture, ‘iSmart Shankar’ with Energetic actor Ram Pothineni in the lead role was a huge blockbuster at the box office.The film gave the much-needed hit to Puri and Ram, which brought them back to the number game.
Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh are the heroines of the film.
As per the latest reports, a top production house acquired the remake rights of ‘iSmart Shankar’ and the latest information is that happening Bollywood star Ranveer Singh is being considered for the title role in this Hindi remake.
Ranveer already remade Puri’s ‘Temper’ in Hindi as ‘Simmba’ which was a blockbuster there too.
Just like Ram, Ranveer is also a super energetic star hero and Netizens feel that Ranveer perfectly fits the lead role.Now we have to wait and see whether Ranveer Singh gives his nod for this remake or not.Further details regarding the project are awaited.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh has already wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming project ’83’ that has Deepika Padukone in an important role.He will also be seen in an important cameo role in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Sooryavanshi‘ which is being directed by commercial films specialist Rohit Shetty.
