Macho hero Rana Daggubati has created a fan base for himself.Be it in Bollywood movies like ‘Dum Maro Dum’ or South blockbusters like ‘Baahubali’ series, Rana Daggubati has never failed to wow his fans and the filmgoers with his acting skills and choice of scripts.
Rana is currently playing the lead role in his upcoming movie ‘Virataparvam’ which is being directed by Venu Udugula of ‘Needi Naadi Oke Katha’ fame.Sai Pallavi is the female lead in the movie.
The shooting of the film is almost completed except for a few days and it is said that the remaining portion will be completed by November.
There was news going around that popular OTT platform Netflix has approached the makers of ‘Virataparvam’ for a direct digital release but the makers have outrightly rejected the deal and are firm on having a theatrical release first.
Director Venu Udugula confirmed this and said that the film will only be released in the theatres.
Rana is essaying the role of a Naxalite in this period drama which also has Priyamani and Nandita Das essaying crucial roles.
Meanwhile, Rana is looking forward to the release of ‘Aranya’ which will also release in Hindi as ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’.Keep watching this space for more updates!
