It is well known that the government of Telangana had recently initiated Green India challenge as a part of which noted celebrities are challenged to plant three trees and should further nominate three others for this challenge.Several celebrities from Telugu film industry participated in the challenge and nominated their close friends.
The latest one to join the list is Ram Charan. Today Mega Power Star Ram Charan accepted Prabhas’s Green India Challenge and has planted three saplings in his backyard at his home on Sunday.He also thanked Rajya Sabha MP J.Santosh Kumar for starting this initiative and further nominated SS.Rajamouli, Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt along with the entire team of ‘RRR’.
He also urged his fans to plant three saplings and continue the chain of Green India Challenge.
Ram Charan himself posted a video on social media in which he is seen planting a sapling with Santosh by his side.He also shared a couple of photos while planting the saplings.
He tweeted saying, “I’ve accepted #HaraHaiTohBharaHai #GreenindiaChallenge from #Prabhas and planted 3 saplings.Further I am nominating @ssrajamouli, @aliaa08, entire my #RRRMovie team and all my fans to plant 3 trees & continue the chain.Special thanks to @MPsantoshtrs for taking this initiate.”
