Mumbai 18 August : Star comedian Raju Srivastava’s illness is serious and his brain has stopped functioning, according to his co-comedian Sunil Pal.
Raju Srivastava, age 58, is being treated at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi after a cardiac arrest on the 10th of August.He fell unconscious while running on the treadmill in the fitness center in South Delhi and was taken to hospital by his trainer.He was, according to reports, given CPR.

The comedian Sunil Pal shared a video discussing Raju Srivastava’s illness and urged everyone to pray for his.

He stated in the video: “Please pray for Raju Srivastava.He is suffering from an extremely difficult situation.Doctors aren’t sure how to handle it.Please pray.The brain is not working properly.Please pray.Raju Bhhai be well soon.”

Raju Srivastava began his career in tiny parts in Bollywood films, such as the 1989 Salman Khan-starrer ‘Maineyaar Kiya’.He was later seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Baazigar”, which came out in 1993.

He gained fame on the tiny screen when he was the second runner-up with the debut season of “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ in 2005.He was also featured in “Comedy Nights with Kapil’.
