Super Star Rajinikanth is currently working on his highly-anticipated film, ‘Annaatthe‘, in Hyderabad.The shooting is underway at Ramoji Film City amid strict safety measures, including a bio bubble to protect Rajini, leading ladies Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh, and other core actors and technicians.
The latest we hear is that ‘Annaatthe’ shoot has been suspended abruptly after 8 crew members of the unit have tested positive for Covid-19 during a routine testing conducted while shooting.Rajnikanth who joined the shoot recently is likely to return back from Hyderabad to Chennai today.
‘Annaatthe’ is directed by Siva who made films like ‘Veeram’, ‘Vivegam’, ‘Vedhalam’ and ‘Viswasam’.Anirudh is composing music while Nayanthara and Keerthy Suresh are playing the female lead roles.As of now, there is no update as to when the shoot will be resumed.
Rapid tests are conducted for Rajinikanth and the other actors.
They are tested negative for coronavirus but they are expected to stay in home isolation for two weeks.Meanwhile, Rajini is expected to declare his political party on December 31st.Stay tuned for more updates!
