In a decision that has taken the southern film industry by a storm, director Pa Ranjith ( Attakathi and Madras fame) will be teaming up with Rajinikanth for the superstar’s next film.The entire film fraternity were expecting Rajini to team up with Shankar for his next film after Lingaa, but the Thalaivar instead opted for two-film old Ranjith to direct him in his next film.
The buzz has it that the untitled film, which will release in Telugu and Tamil, will not be a typical Rajini film and could revolve around a gangster.The film is being produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu, who expressed delight at making another movie with the superstar.
There is a buzz in kollywood circles that the film is a sequel to “BAASHA”.If this news is to be believed, this definitely would be sensational and creates special intrest among Rajni Fans and cinema lovers.
