An old joke by Lalu Prasad, the former chief minister of Bihar, about making Bihar’s roads as smooth as Hema Malini’s cheeks was made years ago.Rajendra Gudha, now the state minister of Rajasthan, has made a similar joke.A viral video shows him telling an officer that the roads in his villages should look as smooth as Katrina Kaif. The minister initially told the officer that roads should be as smooth as Hema Mallini’s cheeks.Hema Malini was now old, he realized.
He then asked the public which actress was making the most waves these days, and then he came up with Katrina Kaif.
Minister said that a road should be built in his area that is similar to Katrina Kaif’s cheeks.
Rajendra Singh Gudha joined Congress from the BSP and was made Minister of State during a cabinet expansion on Sunday.
