Controversial actress Radhika Apte is the queen of releasing films on OTT platforms and she recently announced her next film which seems to have a very interesting backdrop and story.Apte will play the titular role in this spy thriller titled ‘Mrs.Undercover’.On the occasion of Holi yesterday, the first look poster was released for the film of the same.
Adding to that, Radhika shared a video on Instagram where she throws color towards the camera and the screen then forms the film’s poster which is a publicity stunt for release.
Coming to the poster, it featured a woman tucking a pistol in her saree.
Radhika Apte has now featured in an interview and spoke about her role and her ideology behind the film.Apparently, she was excited to perform as the lead role in the film ever since she heard the story from Anushree Mehta who is the film’s director.
The 35-year-old Apte also said that the team is satisfied with the output of the poster as they tried to show the essence of the film.
Anushree Mehta also says that the title, the poster, the imagery were very long and well thought through and she also seems to be very glad that she has found Radhika Apte as the perfect match to play the lead role.‘Mrs.Undercover’ will be the directorial debut of writer and director Anushree Mehta.Presented by B4U Motion Pictures and Jaadugar Films & Knight Sky Movies, ‘Mrs Undercover’ is produced by Ishan Saksena, Sengupta, Sunil Shah, and Varun Bajaj.
