Due to the continuous agitation and Bundhs many thought that the software industry in Hyderabad will get affected adversely.But nothing sort of things was happened.
Quashing all the speculations Hyderabad city one again showed its domination in Software services by become the second best in the country.
During the financial year 2013-14, Hyderabad stood as second best software exporter in India.
Bangalore topped the chart with over 31% exports followed by Hyderabad at 12% and Chennai and Pune at a close 11 and 10% respectively.Other major cities like Mumbai, Gurgaon and Noida registered 8, 7 and 6% worth exports respectively.
All the figures were compiled by Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) and Development Commissioner for Special Economic Zones.
The state has been registering double-digit growth at over 14% and beyond the national average.
Analysts say that the state has crossed the most difficult phase successfully and the industry has several brighter days ahead.The State government is now developing cities such as Warangal and Karimnagar as prospective IT destinations
