Lucknow, Nov 19, : , Congress General Secretary Priyanka Buddha Vadra’s personal secretary, Sandeep Singh and two other party members, Shiv Pandey, Yogesh Kumar Dixit, were arrested for allegedly assaulting and snooping at a Lucknow house on 7 Mall Avenue. Hussainganj’s police station received a complaint from a driver working for the Uttar Pradesh government’s estate department on Thursday night.
Prashant Singh claimed that Sandeep Singh and Pandey were spying at his home on Mall Avenue just after midnight Wednesday.
He claimed that he saw the three men moving in my home suspiciously and that they abused me and thrashed him when I protested.
According to police, the Congress leaders in question were in high-ranking positions within the party.They have been charged with criminal intimidation as well as causing injury by voluntarily doing so.
Raghvendra, Additional Deputy Commissioner for Police, Central Zone (ADCP), stated that an FIR was registered in this case, and that an investigation is ongoing.
