Bengaluru : , December 25, 2012: Puneri Paltan defeated Telugu Titans 34 to 33 in an all-round performance of Aslam Inamdar (8 point) at The Sheraton Grand Whitefield.This match was part of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 Match.
Siddharth Deai was able to score 15 points for Telugu Titans, but he wasn’t backed by fellow raiders like captain Rohit Kumar.Pune won the match in the last second.
Puneri Paltan won this first game of the season. All eyes were on Siddharth and Rahul Chaudhari, top raiders.
Chaudhari failed to impress with the first raids for Pune, while Desai demonstrated why he is so high with strong moves and hand-touches.Rohit Kumar, his captain and teammate seemed slow and unable to make an impact on the match against the Titans.
Aslam Inamdar was the best hope for Pune.Telugu Titans were fortunate as the four Pune defenders ran into the lobby and tackled Desai, who was already out of bounds.
Desai scored a three-point Super Raid to win the final minute of the 20-14 half in Titans favor.

Pune was able to regain the momentum thanks to Aslam Inamdar’s tackle and quick raids.Pune won by 1 point due to Rakesh Gowda’s mistake in the final raid, when he incorrectly calculated a Bonus Point.
