Bollywood’s top actress Katrina Kaif is the latest star to be molded into a wax model.Katrina has become the 8th Bollywood star to have their life-size wax statue at Madame Tussauds.
Katrina left to London to unveil her statue and she was surprised with her wax replica.
Katrina was on cloud 9 when she saw her statue; she stated “This is amazing it does look really like me”.
The museum is marking 15 years since its first Bollywood statue was created.The trend of installing Bollywood actors’ status started with Amitabh Bachchan in 2000.
Later other stars like Aishwarya Rai, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit-Nene and Kareen Kapoor Khan got the honor.
A team of 20 artists worked on the Katrina Wax statue , which cost around 150,000 pounds to produce.
