Namrata Shirodkar started her career by being a model and even won the prestigious crown of Miss India in 1993.In 1998, she made her Bollywood debut with ‘Jab Pyaar Kisi Se Hota Hai’ alongside Salman Khan and Twinkle Khanna.
She has been a part of several hit films including, ‘Vaastav’, and ‘Kachche Dhaage’.When Namrata was at the peak of her career, she met south star Mahesh Babu and fell in love with him.They met on sets of ‘Vamsi’ in 2000.After dating each other for five long years, they tied the knot in 2005 after which she has been away from acting.
On January 22nd, she is celebrating her 49th birthday where the husband gave her the best wishes over social media.Sharing a candid picture of them both that sees them both giggling over something on his phone, Mahesh wrote, “Someone I love was born today! Every day with you is special but today is a little more!! Celebrating my amazing woman.Happy birthday, boss lady @namratashirodkar.” Bowled over by his wishes, Namrata replied, “Thank you for making every year so special.

Mahesh, Namrata, and their children Gautam and Sitara were clicked at Hyderabad Airport on Thursday as they flew to Dubai to celebrate the special occasion.Namrata and Sitara shared pictures on social media from inside the flight and even the airport as they made their way there.The family had already vacationed in Dubai before this as Shilpa Shirodkar, Namrata’s sister resides there.
Also, the buzz is that shooting for ‘Sarkaaru Vaari Paata’ might resume in Dubai as his co-star Keerthy Suresh also made her way there on Friday.The film was supposed to resume shooting earlier this month but was postponed.
