Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan did not shy away from appreciating Jagan’s AP Govt.decision in Preethi case.
Preethi, a 10th class student, was found dead hanging to the ceiling fan on August 19, 2017.The culprits sexually abused her and killed, the family alleged.
‘They wanted to make it look like a suicide.No way could she have hanged herself to the fan.Even the 5-member committee under Kurnool collector said that it was a case of sexual abuse, and murder.However, the police dropped the charges’, said Sugali Raju Naik, the girl’s father.
The incident shook the entire state, putting the TDP government in shame.
Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has been highly vocal about the case.
He even took a rally in Kurnool ‘Fight for Justice for Preethi’, which saw thousands of locals taking part in the rally.With the AP government handing Preethi case to CBI, Pawan expressed his happiness.
‘The family of Preethi will be at peace with the AP Govt.choosing to hand over Preethi case to CBI.
We will continue our fight for Preethi’, said Pawan Kalyan.
