If a grapevine is to be believed, comedy king Rajendra Prasad is set to play a crucial role in Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh’s tentatively titled movie Ori Devuda which is remake of Hindi super hit Oh My God.
Rajendra Prasad was roped to play the character of fake swamiji played by Mithun Chakraborty in its original version.The original Hindi version has a Swamyji role by name ‘Leeladhar Swamy’ on which the protagonist Kanji Lalji Mehta (played by Paresh Ravel) files a law suit.
Now our comdy king is all set to reprise the role .Rajendra Prasad has vast experience in playing such fake swamiji roles, his recent act was in Ayyare film.With someone as experienced as Rajendra Prasad joining aboard the movie should only get better and bigger.
It should be a child play for the senior and award-winning actor!
Ori Devuda is likely to go on sets from May and it is expected to release on October 2nd.
