Patna : , Nov 19, 2018 – The Patna High Court issued a show cause notice to the Additional District Judge (ADJ), Bhagalpur court, in relation to bail granted to five suspects in the 2020 attempt to murder case. Justice Sandeep Kumar claimed that the ADJ-11 at Bhagalpur granted anticipatory bail on behalf of five defendants on Thursday.It was later converted to regular bail.
Under relevant IPC Sections of attempted murder and other offenses, Nathnagar police station registered an FIR (Number3016/2019).
The complainant wasn’t satisfied with anticipatory bail granted to Sita Ram Yadav (Priyesh Yadav), Daboo Yadavs, Pappu Yadavs, Pappu Yadavs, Chandan Kumar — he filed a complaint in Patna High Court for justice.
Justice Sandeep Kumar requested an ADJ-11 response by November 23.On November 24, the next hearing was scheduled.
