Even before people forget the tragic memories of Bus fire accident, one more such accident takes place today in Nanded bound Bangalore-Nanded express.23 passengers were killed and around 15 have badly suffered burns, when B-1 AC Coach of the train catches fire around 3.45 am.Rest of the 25 passengers had a miracle escape from the claws of death as they pulled the chain and jumped out of the train breaking window glass panes.
The survived victims have been rushed to Ananthapur and Dharamavaram hospitals by the rescue teams.The survived passengers guessed that fire may be erupted due to electrical short circuit.So far, police have recovered 8 bodies.Identification of bodies has become difficult as the bodies were badly charred.
It is reported that two kids aged below 5 years were also killed in this tragic fire accident.
