From the past few days, news has been circulating that Mega Powerstar Ram Charan has high chances to collaborate with star director Shankar for a film.News also came out that Telugu producer Dil Raju will be bankrolling it.Now finally the official announcement has been made by the production house and by director Shankar himself.
The makers tweeted, “A milestone film for us! #SVC50 will unite two big forces as never seen before! Privileged and happy to join hands with Mega Powerstar @AlwaysRamCharan and the Show Man of Indian Cinema @shankarshanmugh for RC 15.” Director Shankar also confirmed the news as he tweeted saying, “Excited to announce our new venture with @AlwaysRamCharan and Dil Raju @SVC_Official”.
Reports suggest that Dil Raju went to Chennai for the final discussions about the project as he wanted to confirm the financial aspects of the movie and wanted to do the film at any cost.Finally, he has succeeded in getting the star director on board for the ‘RRR’ star.News is also that Shankar has narrated a story to Ram Charan and the latter liked it.
Dil Raju was supposed to produce ‘Bharateeyudu 2’ aka ‘Indian 2’ in the combination of Shankar and Kamal Haasan but he backed off for various reasons.It was then Lyca Productions came on board to produce it.Just like all Shankar’s movies, even this film will be made with a whopping budget and it will have a massive pan-India release as well.More details about the movie will come out soon.Stay tuned!
