The film Nannaku prematho is a very special film in the career of NTR as it is his 25th film and the makers have made it with special care to make it a memorable film for Jr NTR.Directed by Sukumar, the film stars Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead.The following are the complete details about the film.
Story :
The film’s story is very simple.As the makers have revealed it before hand that the film is a revenge drama, the film is the story of Prasad (Rajendra Prasad) who was betrayed by Krishna Murthy (Jagapathi Babu).Prasad’s last wish is to take revenge over krishna Murthy and he reveals the same to his sons (Rajeev Kanakala, Srinivas Avasarala and Jr NTR).Abhi (Jr NTR) decides to fulfil his father’s last wish and plans a perfect strategy to win over Krishna Murthy.
In the process, Abhi comes to close to Krishna Murthy’s daughter Divya (Rakul Preet) and uses her to reach Krishna Murthy.
The rest of the film is all about how Abhi takes revenge on Krishna Murthy and fulfils the last wish of his father.
Artists Performances
Jr NTR has performed very well.This role will remain memorable for him in his career.
Also, the way he showed variation in the acting is at its best.Everyone will certainly praise him for accepting such a different role for his milestone film.
His dialogue delivery has undergone a transformation and his dance is very good.He brought out his best for the film and there are so many scenes which will be remembered forever.
Rakul Preet Singh has played a stylish role in the film.As usual, her presence is added as an additional attraction.
Rakul preet also dubbed for her role in the film.Her looks and performance is very engaging.
Jagapathi Babu performed very well in the negative role.He is the right choice for the role and has given the perfect competition to NTR in performance.
Rajendra Prasad also acted well in the film.His role is very limited.

Techincal Department Performance
The cinematography of the film is good.But unlike all the other Sukumar films, the film Nannaku prematho is dull.Dont know whether it was intentional to go with such visuals but it was good to watch.
The film is very lengthy and the film could have been chopped fifteen minutes of the film easily.
The art work is nice.
The locations that the makers have chosen are impressive.The makers have shot in wonderful locales of Spain and London.
The dialogues are good.The makers have concentrated on the script work and especially the detailing part.They have taken extra care more than needed and many scenes were not executed well.
Sukumar has a great command on each and every aspect.He started off the film with a lot of energy in the plot but by the time you come to an end, it will not appeal to you.

When you expect a film from Sukumar again, you make sure that you are ready for what you are going to witness but he always a way ahead of what we usually expect and this is what happens with his films.He tried his best to give a new experience in making and viewing but finally, at a point of time, you may or may not end up liking the film.The film has a very intelligent story line and so the intelligent screenplay but the way it is made is not in a convincing manner.
Though you draw comparisons with the film 1 Nenokkadine, you will like it more than Nannaku Prematho.
At times, the scenes and making of Nannaku Prematho appears as a routine film, the screenplay treatment is different.
The basic plot is so simple and the way director has tried to make it appealing and convincing has gone wrong.Nannaku Prematho has all that different elements we regularly expect from Telugu cinema but still it is not the complete entertainer.
