Non-bailable cases have been registered against Chandrababu Naidu!

Criminal cases and non-bailable cases have been registered against Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu.It is reported that the Kurnool police registered an FIR against Chandrababu based on the complaint registered by an individual named Subbaiah from Kurnool.

It is learned that a case has been registered against Chandrababu for allegedly propagating false news and terrorizing the people.

Subbaiah had complained that Chandrababu had commented that there was a dangerous Covid mutant N-440K virus in Kurnool which was causing severe panic among the people.

It is learned that the complaint given by Subbaiah states that a case should be registered against Chandrababu for making these remarks and for intimidating the people.

It is learned that the police have registered a case against Chandrababu under sections 155, 505(1)(b)(2).

It is being speculated that a non-bailable case has also been registered under Section 4 of the Natural Disasters Act, 2005.However, the government has stated that there is no such virus in AP.YCP leaders are also criticizing Chandrababu’s comments since then.YCP leaders are alleging that the Delhi government had issued orders not to come to Delhi from the Telugu states because of Chandrababu’s comments.
