CM KCR opines registration of non-agricultural properties through Dharani e-portal is a revolutionary step.
The Telangana state government has reportedly declared that registrations for non-agricultural properties would begin from November 23.Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao confirmed the news, after a meeting with the officials.The Chief Minister said, Chief Secretary CM Somesh Kumar will start the services on Dharani portal this month.
Realtors felt a sigh of relief with the decision after two months-long wait due to LRS.
During a high-level meeting with Ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy, Puvvada Ajay Kumar, CS Somesh Kumar and other officials, CM KCR said, registration of non-agricultural properties through Dharani e-portal is a revolutionary step.He said people would be benefited and feel secure with the process through Dharani.After the meeting, the government has announced the registration of non-agricultural properties would begin from Nov 23rd.
CM KCR has also appreciated the efforts of the officials in resolving some technical issues in the Dharani portal.He said these are the issues which halted the registration of non-agricultural properties through Dharani.
But now, everything is good to start the registrations for non-agriculture properties through Dharani.Earlier, the registration process in Telangana had stopped since September 2020, which affected the realtors much following the Corona Pandemic.
