In the discussion, they share the details of details that came out of tests for Batgirl and Batgirl 2, including an Easter egg that involves Pfeiffer’s cult role as Catwoman.

Pfeiffer of course, was Selina Kyle/Catwoman in 1992’s “Batman Returns,” which was a film starring Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman.

Collider reports that, based on reports from Batgirl screenings of the test the film, which was later scrapped, could have had a scene in which she wore her Catwoman mask.

“They are showing Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman mask I believe this is something fans might have .” Belloni have said.

“A beautiful Easter egg Oh, yeah,” Kit interjected.”Yeah, a nice little Easter egg,” Belloni said.

According to Collider, Belloni was quick to clarify that Pfeiffer wasn’t not going to be appearing in the movie, but only the mask.

If Batgirl were released with a mask, the Easter egg would have been a sweet tribute to fans, especially because Pfeiffer’s Catwoman is often regarded as one of the most convincing on-screen portrayals of Catwoman.

It could have been paired nicely with Keaton’s appearance.

of Keaton who was scheduled to reprise his character as Batman in the movie.

In January Pfeiffer, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, disclosed that she is considering taking on the character of Catwoman but it will “depend on the situation.”
