Due to Coronavirus, many students and political leaders opposed NEET and JEE Main 2020 exams as planned in September.

But their attempts have gone in vain, and JEE Mains 2020 will be conducted on September 1 to September 6, while NEET 2020 will be managed on September 13.

Accordingly, the National Testing Agency has released Covid-19 Advisory for the safe management of exams.Wear a mask; observe strict social distancing; appropriate usage of sanitizers; maintain separate isolation rooms for symptomatic students; pre-declaration stating the students don’t have Covid-19 are some of the key guidelines included in the advisory. For full advisory go here.

Meanwhile, Environmental and Climate activist Greta Thunberg recently spoke about the whole ball game and said it is ‘unfair’.She also supported the protest #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID on twitter saying “It’s deeply unfair that students of India are asked to sit national exams during the Covid-19 pandemic and while millions have also been impacted by the extreme floods.

I stand with their call to #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID” (sic).
