Narasapuram MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju is giving a series of shocks to the AP CID officials who arrested and tortured him on treason charges for criticizing the Jagan government.MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju’s lawyer sent a legal notice to AP CID Additional DG Sunil Kumar.
The notice stated that the belongings of MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju at the time of his arrest should be deposited with the magistrate.Raghurama Krishnamaraju said in the legal notice that there is some valuable information in his mobile phone and that he was tortured in custody to open the mobile code.
Recently, he complained to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha Om Birla, along with the NHRC, and with the Union Defense Minister over his illegal arrest.Recently, he met Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and complained that the Guntur police had conspired to kidnap him from the hospital.
Raghurama Krishnamaraju, who was discharged from the Army Hospital in Secunderabad after being granted bail by the Supreme Court in the case, left for Delhi to join AIIMS hospital for better treatement.Later, he moved to his residence in Delhi.
